Add game folder to exclude list in antivirus/defender

Some one in his computer blocked connect to update server.... Usually it is antivirus and/or windows defender.

Best chose is adding game folder to exclude list. Tested on win10 x64 - it work....

I figured it out I think he forgot to turn off real time protection

It is not possible to turn it off permanently. After rebooting it will still turn on by itself
I'll work on that
